At Phoenix Volleyball, we’re committed to delivering high-quality gear and a smooth shopping experience from start to finish. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process and return policy.


🚚 Shipping Information

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (Greece): 5–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (varies by country)

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — so make sure to stay tuned!

International Orders
We do ship internationally to select countries. Please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your local customs process.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@phoenixvolleyball.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges
Need a different size or item? Email us at support@phoenixvolleyball.com within 30 days. We’ll guide you through the exchange process, subject to product availability.


🛑 Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Used or damaged merchandise (unless defective upon arrival)


💡 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@phoenixvolleyball.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.


📦 Where to Send Returns

Returns must be sent to our authorized return address (provided upon approval).
Unapproved returns may be rejected or subject to additional fees.
